Madelène Klaasen Bos has been appointed as Senior Operational Sales Manager effective January 1, while Gert Jan den Boer and Marijn van Lijf have joined as Senior Sales Consultants on the same date. Jeffrey van Vliet will also join as a Senior Sales Consultant on February 1. This reinforcement comes at a crucial moment for Horizon Telecom, which announced its targeted growth acceleration in early January 2024.

With over 30 years of experience in the ICT sector with companies like BT, Capgemini, and Avanade, Madelène brings a wealth of experience to her role as Senior Operational Sales Manager. Her expertise in performance and process optimization, along with her talent and enthusiasm for building effective relationships, make her a pragmatic and positive force to simplify complex matters and delight customers.
Gert Jan den Boer:
In his role as Senior Sales Consultant, Gert Jan den Boer adds a wealth of experience and passion for the sector to the sales team. With approximately 25 years of international experience in the industry, having worked at NTT, Colt, Orange, and Telefónica, Gert Jan’s determination to strengthen customer relationships and exceed customer expectations with solutions makes him a valuable addition to the passionate Horizon Telecom team.

Jeffrey van Vliet:
Starting on February 1, Jeffrey van Vliet joins Horizon Telecom as a Senior Sales Consultant. With over 25 years of international telecom experience, including roles at Deutsche Telekom, T-Mobile, Tele2, and Teleplan, he globally managed the mobility strategy of internationally listed clients. His positive energy, experience, and dedication will contribute to the growth of our impressive NPS of 51.
