This executive team expansion further supports and strengthens Horizon Telecom’s international growth ambitions.

Behrens will lead the international sales organization. Behrens has worked in IT for over 25 years, and held various Business Development and Sales Management positions at Deutsche Telekom, Videns IT Services, BT Global Services, Orange Business Services, and Verizon, among others.
